ODC Nimbus announced today that effective immediately, Mr. Tony Holden has been appointed President of ODC Nimbus. Mr. Holden replaces Mr. James Wu who will continue to serve ODC Nimbus through his role as a Board Member and majority shareholder.
   
Mr. James Wu commented, “Tony has had an instrumental role in our success over the past five years.  Most importantly, the Board of Directors and I believe that Tony has the commitment, talent and leadership to lead us into an even brighter future.”

Mr. Holden commented, “I am excited to take on this new role. ODC Nimbus has thrived in the optical disc industry for over two decades, and I have full confidence that our experienced and talented team will continue to prosper as mastering leaders for the DVD and Blu-Ray Disc formats.”
